I prefer to eat something light, have the same issue... but my trainer says to do otherwise. all the above advice has merit.

consuming small amounts of sugar makes me crave it... if you're not eating it the rest of the day... I can't imagine it hurting. But if you cut it out, you wont have to wonder...

Lift weights. your body is used to the walking. focus on muscle. it burns fat. and when do you get your calories? especially the protein? a 90 calorie treat at 9 pm may as well undo your deficit.

yes. find a new group. that's no the OA standard. It didn't fit for me... the literature is GREAT. well worth anything you purchase. Every group has a different feel to it and things they discuss. I have a hard time with abstinence. but... I will say it has it's plus's. keep on... you're doing great.

you can try checking myfitnesspal's database... many people have figured out the majority of what you'll find. Many seem pretty darn close.

not really, but I have had issues with them recognizing my phone app. I've had to reinitialize it 3 times now, I can't figure out if it's the phone or the site... as far as the site being slow, perhaps it's a high volume time? that was my issue with another site, it was so popular, I couldn't access it during high volume…

I deal with fibro as well... it has been hard. I like lifting weights, but the pain can be extraordinary. but, enjoying my activity helps in other ways. Certainly helps how I feel about my day. I also have IBS. fustrating
