I did but not intentionally. When I started my journey I focused on portion control and refused to deny myself anything, but used moderation. I began having serious medical issues with walking and ended up on crutches for stability...not much excercise to be had on crutches. Still, lost weight by keeping calorie count down…

My husband and I spend about $500.00 a month on food, but we watch sales and keep our freezer/pantry stocked. We shop 4 stores, and at 3 of them we purchase a $100.00 gift card at the beginning of each month which makes it easier to track. We need to cut back some!
