I have hormonal issues PCOS and thyroid to be exact. I watch carb intake, measure my food to count calories. I’ve noticed all over slimming, more so with jogging. Currently elliptical each morning and then will add small weights. I go to a Zumba class on the weekends. A couple years ago, I would jog the park and use the park benches for tricep dips, step ups. The park was a great place to workout at, until it got more convenient to do exercise indoors0 -

I would have to search long and hard to find a full body pic of me at 335lbs because in was always behind the camera. Closest I have is my new profile pic I posted with one from 12/25/16 and the new one in June 2018. Current weight 226. Just had a total left hip replacement and having the right one done in 4-6 weeks. Slow but steady.

The only one I could find, from behind because I cut my hair all off and had a before and after

5’8”. Left to right: 168lbs (2014), 137 lbs (2016), 129 lbs (yesterday!)
Almost a 40 lb difference. The 168 to 137 was slow and steady. After that I backslid a little, got back up into the 140’s, and stayed there for about a year. Recommitted to hitting my goal of 130 at the beginning of 2018, and I’m pretty happy where I am now.
NOW the trick is going to be hitting the gym more, building muscle, and toning up. 😎15 -

I didn't think I was even remotely close to doing something like this, however, I thought I'd take an update pic as my first one was 3 weeks and ~7 pounds ago. I did NOT expect there to be this much of a difference! I'm absolutely floored and I can't believe that the SHAPE of my face has completely CHANGED!!
Some stats: I'm 5'2", Start weight 238.8, Current weight 228.6.

150lbs vs 135lbs, I’ve been up to 160 before but I think I burnt all photos 😂5
