It’s not much (literally 1/8 of the way to goal) but this is 11kg worth of progress over 3.5 months. Pretty proud of my consistency.

Last year's progress. 180lbs - 143lbs. (Second picture is still around 180lbs but I am carrying about 30lbs of it on my back). Starting again now that it's nearing summer after more or less maintaining the same 5lbs all winter, hoping to lose about 30lbs more (I am 5'3").

Thank you! That dress was from New York and Company, I think it was from their Eva Mendes line 4 -

This was from January 2018 to March 2018 doing a keto-biome eating plan, just high fat and not totally eliminating carbs but eating gut health foods. Still very much a work in progress.30 -
The after photos were from May 1. I've lost another 6 lbs for a total of 30 so far, about halfway to my goal.

254.6-157.4 for first two pics, the back shot in the purple was a month ago, I weighed 163.6, not done yet, but this is my progress so far. I'm 5'7"

This was from March 2012. Started at over 275, got down to 225. I got back up to 265 and am 229 now, so this should be a reasonable facsimile.
