I started level 1 today...feeling it in my arms for sure. Looking forward to the day when I can do full push ups. Not done much strength training before and really enjoyed it.

I dont think ive ever been under 1200. I try to stay under 1500 but it def is a struggle sometimes! Lots of healthy stuff now though with the odd treat and weekend takeaway ;)

ohh this is a good thread I'm usually looking for something to snack on of an evening but not many calories left. Love the idea of rice cakes and vinegar :-)

I've got a target of 1500 but try to be a bit under...I would not be good on 1200 I know I would end up hungry and snacking so this seems to be just right for now :-)
