I started eating really well May 29th, and I have to say that between drinking more water, eating less processed junk and eating these oats every morning.... The first 3 days, I was in the bathroom like 6 times a day. :open_mouth: :no_mouth:

My app doesn't have the three dots in the upper right hand corner (i have android) Mine has a little setting symbol. I have a button on the profile that says APPS, I click that and i am connected to myfitnesspal. My food from mfp is showing up in the misfit app, but calories from misfit aren't showing in mfp :(

I have noticed that with the new thyroid med and supplements that I'm not as hungry. I have a lot less cravings for sugar (always been a HUGE problem for me), less cravings for processed carbs (bread, cereal).

I just received my misfit flash in the mail today, and i'm having an issue with the calories burned not showing up on MFP. I tried going to the misfit app and connecting to MFP through it, but it took me to the website and said that the page I was looking for wasn't there :neutral:

I just watched this documentary today, he consumed the same amount of calories that he usually has. Quality of the foods changed. Did anyone commenting watch the whole documentary??

Sometimes when I exercise and my heart rate gets real fast. If i lay on the floor to do some twists or something.. my pelvic floor muscles move like i'm having an orgasm... but it's not exactly one. Kinda weird... lol.
