I have a one glass of wine every night with dinner. It works for me.

I have my fitbit sync to MFP and only log exercise in MFP that fitbit is not good with such as bike rides. Since MFP exercise calories is often overstated, I cut the calories in half.

When you have pain it will definitely will raise your blood pressure. One you are feeling better, retake your BP, It will come back down after your body calms from the stress. Good luck on the follow-up and hope all goes well.

Set your settings to Sedentary with a deficit of 1 pound per week and eat back your exercise calories. That worked for me when I got down to the last 10 pounds to lose.

I have both the fitbit one and aria scale. I lke that they both sync to MFP automatically. It makes it real easy to track my progress. I did have to replace the scale after six months because it stopped working. Fitbit customer support was very good and sent me a replacement at no cost.

I am using my fitbit one to estimate calories burned. I typically leave 100 to 200 calories at the end of the day to,account for any variance in calories or exercise.

Well said. I agree with you. I do think it takes some people longer to figure out how to eat right. I know it took me a while.
