Spartacus: Blood and Sand (season 1), Spartacus: Gods of the Arena (season 2/ it's a prequel but watch it in this order), Spartacus: Vengeance (season 3) and Spartacus: War of the Damned (season 4). IMO this was the most underrated show on tv. Season 1 is still my favourite. Sad the show is over.

I burn on avg abt 580-600 calories per 60 min session. A few others I know burn mid to high 600s - and they have HRMs as well. It depends on the intensity of your moves and the routines. In the classes I go to, they normally show us high intensity options as well as low intensity options.

It can vary. I've logged anywhere from low 500s to mid to high 600s. I find that my calorie burn is lower when I am learning a new routine (new instructor/class) compared to when I know most of the moves. I use a heart rate monitor to find out my calorie burn though. It is possible. I burn on average 545 or so doing Zumba for 60 mins. The best part is you don't realize it because you're having so much fun:)

Lent starts Ash Wednesday - the day after Mardi Gras. It starts February 13 this year and runs for 40 days until the thursday before Easter.

Chips. I get those little 100 calorie snack packs so that I don't feel deprived. I've learned that I can still have them, just not a jumbo/big bag and eat it all in one sitting. I cut those cravings by having the smaller packs on hand.

I have the FT4. It definitely changed the way I worked out and made me realize when I needed to push harder. I bought mine on ebay. I completely forgot about Sears. It was a great investment.
