Yes, I like it too. I am realizing that if I overeat....which I try not to do.....I need to make sure I exercise!! I am watching dvd's for a bible study called First Place 4 Fitness...while I ride my recumbant bike and easy rider. Good Luck. I have lost only 2 so far...but I am trying! :wink:

Gee, I better rethink my weight goal. My goal is 175. I think that is a good first goal. I lost 35lbs years ago and wtih constant exercise....my hip bones showed when I laid down. you have to make eating healthy and exercise a habit. you have to make yourself do something everyday. got for a walk around the block. and make it a point to do that everyday. and go from there..

I have tender knees. Dr. advised no tread mill. Worst thing for knees. I have a reculbant bike....whick is DORMANT at this time. I am sure it has been missing me. I also take Osteo-Bi-Flex...twice a day. It helps so much I also sleep with a soft pillow between my knees or under my knees. That imporved my knees 60%. My legs…

yep. I have a little bottle of it right here.....but because I do not know much about it....I have not taken any. Dr. Oz suggests Green Coffee Bean and or Raspberry Keytone. I have both....just not sure about them.

Hello, I am Pat. I weigh too much. Started this myfitnesspal to keep track of what all I am eating. I have trouble making myself exercise. I am a Admin. Manager to our company and sit most all day.
