Most likely you have a condition known as plantar fasciitis (google it if you like). The best stretches you can do are calf stretches (hold for ~30-45 seconds 3 times each leg). I drink around 2 litres of sparkling water every day. Still is just too plain for me. I very rarely have any 'soft' drinks anymore and I don't regret making that decision at all. I also have a few coffee each day and the occasional lemon/ginger tea after meals.

I think I use it as a motivator too really, even though I'm only half American. The stereotypical image isn't a great one so I'd rather go against the grain. As said by the previous poster, if it works for you then that's good. :)

Well welcome to the place where dreams become a reality :D The key to mfp is using it every time you eat or drink and being honest with it. Only I'm on day 8 and I feel like I can hardly go through the first 2 circuits whereas before I could easily get to the 4th or so circuit without feeling tired. Should I be upping my calories?
