I was wondering that also. Today I discovered that there's a "strength training" class under the cardo section. By logging it there, an option for calories burned shows.

Chia seeds are a plant-based way to get essential Omega-3 fatty acids - important for reducing inflammation, and keeping your brain in working order. In addition, chia has a high fiber count per calorie and is high in calcium and other anti-oxidants.
