I'm averaging about 2.5/week. We had a strict phones off policy at dinner and family times. 2 of 3 of my kids were 3 sport jocks and the other did at least 1 and marching band. we started when they were young with gymnastics, dance etc... all three are still pretty health conscious.

no but it'll cause other issues with blood sugar. that is how diabetics become diabetics. you overload the pancreases ability to produce enough insulin to accommodate the high blood sugar or you desensitize your body to the insulin so it's less effective in controlling blood sugar.

it's normal from the constant pumping of blood out of your feet as you put repeated pressure on them. 1. shift your feet regularly. 2. get a 1/2" neoprene pad for the foot beds on the machine and it'll go away.

I like to use fresh salsa instead of mayo on sandwiches. 2tbsp=5cal can't beat that. Also, mix Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and Fresh Salsa 1:1 and it tases almost exactly like Salsa con Queso. but no cheese and really low cal.

Dehydration, low electrolytes and low protein can all do it. Eat a couple hours before but not too close, hydrate well before during and after and make sure you are getting enough E's. The lower cal Gator-Ade is good for E's. Also when you get to that point you need to step back a hair and cool off.
