Peg, Some folks move quicker, weight-wise, than others. It'll pay off. Ignore your scale and count inches. You aren't significantly overweight and possibly are gaining enough muscle from working out that it's not scale-apparent. Don't get down just keep plugging away the numbers will come.

You do. When we sleep we respire all night while taking in no additional fluids. Generally you will weigh the least after your morning potty and gain 1-5 lbs during the day from water intake, food intake, sodium intake etc...one should always weigh first thing in the morning and no other time because it'll get frustrating.…

If you are truly working out to gain the calories you are also bleeding out electrolytes. It won't hurt to go a bit over on Sodium in that case. Being high in sodium with out working out and sweating is a whole different thing.

I'm with you...I eat whatever portion of exercise calories I want regardless of the number sometimes it's just a little sometimes more. Don't starve, keep a nice solid total deficit. Great Job and continued good luck to you. It truly isn't a diet it's a mindset.

years ago i had a back issue and there was a prescribed set of exercises called Williamson exercise or William's exercises that were to strengthen lower back. it worked well and It never recurred. dunno what your issue is but if you can find the they worked well.

Buffalo is in most stores, super lean, fine chop oodles of onions and green pepper, black pepper coarse ground, 2 eggs per pound. Less than 240 cal and killer I just made venison Italian meatballs too. same gig venison is very low fat.

even if the oil evaporates (which it doesn't unless you burn it off) you have to count it all. Oil concentrates when heated (if you paint you'll know triple boiled linseed oil as a cutting agent for oil paint) However, all the fats and nutrients stay put. Sorry you have to account for it all.
