jumping jacks, jump rope(which you can get at the dollar store if you dont already have one), hula hooping(also available at the dollar store)... muscle building, like situps, pushups, etc. are also as good as cardio.. they burn calories long after you are done working out..

muscle building excercise is actually better than cardio... well cardio burns calories just consumed, but building muscles speeds up your resting metabolism. i just read an article on it.

and i exercise until it says i burned them off, could i still lose weight? i guess im saying, could i make it so that those extra calories dont count?

the only way i can think of is maybe working out before you eat a whole lot. 45 minutes of heart pumping actvity boosts your metabolism for up to 8 hours. it sounds like you work out, but maybe try going earlier in shorter amounts of time, but more often in the week.. and eating what your profile has laid out for you.. i…

i dont really know what cardio is; like i know its running, but i live on hills ONLY and dont have the endurance for that. i like to jog sometimes, but i can hardly get anywhere. can somebody give me some ideas for changing up cardio workouts? Thanks!

i lost about 20 lbs, and got back up to my HIGHEST weight of 214. im feeling very down. i have 96.. well 94 lbs to lose now, but every time i get down 10 pounds, i cheat again, and can't get back on track, and i end up gaining all of the weight back. i feel like im NEVER going to lose all that weight!!excercise is boring…

i also used to end up working out right before bed. im still in highschool, so i dont have as much of a time crunch as you, but when i worked out right before bed, i would drink a warm tea or something to help me get to sleep. or, listen to soothing music while i stretch afterwards. or, i would do small sets of a few reps…
