OK I bought the peanut butter pop tart and it was very good for a cheat! I did not buy the chocolate peanut butter just the plain peanut butter one. Tasted like a big warm peanut butter cookie. I am going to look for the whips no shop rite here but going to check some of my local stores.

I have not seen the Greek whip yet What store did u get them at. Definitely going to look for the chocolate peanut butter pop tart. I know it is probably not the healthiest to eat but sounds good for a portion controlled treat. My new find Is sugar free silk cashew milk. I LOVE it better then almond milk

I just went to my Aldi yesterday and could not find these anymore. I wonder if they were a limited time item. I am going to try a different Aldi today and see if they have them. I hope they continue to stock them they are so good. If I find them I am going to try the suggestion of a stir fry that sounds wonderful. Thanks…

I love them also. I usually eat the whole can though because 1 cup does not fill me up. I try to limit them to 3 times a week for sodium sake. Have a side salad with some ff dressing and it is a great low calorie lunch once in awhile!

I suggest trying Barrys twists which are delicious and only 30 calories a twist. I also love Hannah Max cookie chips the salted peanut butter ones are my favorites. Also Brownie brittle is delicious. Of course you must portion out your servings and not eat the whole container! But these portions are decent sizes and you…

I am a former WW and now just do MFP. You will have success here as well. Just incorporate what you have learned from WW and track here instead. The calorie goal that has been set when you registered will mostly coincide with the WW points plus system. We know that fruits and veggies are a way to bulk up meals without…

That does not sound too bad calorie wise with the exception of the TBSP of butter. Will have to try it with a low calorie butter/margarine. Thanks for sharing I am drooling!

Thanks for sharing that sounds good. Here is another "cheesecake" snack. I take a 17.6 ounce container of Fage Total 0% Greek Strained Yogurt (260 calories) mix in a box of Jello-O cheescake sugar free fat free instant pudding (100 calories) Divide that into 4(90 calorie) equal servings let set and you have a tasty…

I think it is a great motivator. I have the zip and it helps motivate me to at least get in my 10,000(usually 15,000) steps a day. It also works great with MFP.
