This obsession with checking my weight is driving me nuts. I haven't hid the scale yet but I've made a promise to myself to not get on it again until my weigh in on Friday morning. I caught myself this afternoon taping it with my foot to turn it on but I just walked away lol

Just finished W3D3 today :smile: :smile: I never thought I'd make it this far. For those just starting out stick with it you'd be surprised how much better it gets and how good it feels after you complete a day/week :drinker:

I've never been a runner at all and I'm on W3D2 about to do D3 tomorrow. I do C25K on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and walk 3-4km on the days off and rest on Sunday. I'm loving it.

@JohnDun The walking speed is what I do but you are way faster then I am for running. I'm about 7.5-8.5kmh when I jog. As long as your not killing yourself at that speed then keep it up. I plan to work on my pace after I reach the goal. For now it's slow and steady.

Currently: MFP Runtastic Pro C25K Free I tested Endomondo with Runtastic over the last week and although I liked it I found the calories burned was about 100+ more on each walk I did then Runtastic gave me so I removed it. It tracked everything else the exact same.

I Love it and can't get enough of it!! My favorite team is the Canucks and my second favorite team is whoever is playing the leafs lol, tonight it's the Flyers =)

I just started yesterday. I tried it about a year ago but gave up after the first day. I'm hoping to get my second day in tomorrow on the treadmill at the gym. I'm having a hard time figuring out the calories burned tho so I'm hoping the treadmill will give me a better idea of that. I need people to push me for this so…
