Good job! Yeah, I'm kind of way behind everyone else. I plan to possibly repeat w1d1 so I can write down my mileage, but I'm not sure. But that's the only one I've completed, I got a little off track during last week.

I have been so slacking these past few days. No workouts done at all. I'm a little behind with c25k now, but I'm trying to get back on track. It's like I think that if I miss one day, it's okay to miss the next, then the next. I just have been bored, I guess. Blah.
