Different Flavors In Water

How many calories works for you?
Ever since I started back (December) I've had mine set on 1200 and I would always go over, sometimes nearly 2000. I'd only lost 2 pounds since starting. I've always listened to my mp3 player. Has anyone ever tried podcasts or even Audio Books? I've a good mind to try the audio books, but I'd like some feedback. It seems like I'd be able to walk for a lot longer if I was so immersed in an awesome book.
