What Are You Doing For Exercise/Food This Week?

One of my friends on here suggested that I should post my exercise schedule. I also think it's a good idea, because then maybe everyone can get and suggest more ideas. Feel free to put your workout or food schedules for the week! It helps me to finish something when I have it written down. And I've tried to post a chart before in a message and doesn't work, so I'll just type it out.
02/19/11 - 60 minute treadmill
02/20/11 - 55 minute treadmill
02/21/11 - 53 minute treadmill and strength training
02/22/11 - 51 minute treadmill and strength training
02/23/11 - 49 minute treadmill and strength training
02/24/11 - 47 minute treadmill and strength training
02/25/11 - 45 minute treadmill and strength training
For the treadmill, I'll be walking anywhere from 3.0-3.5 speed, depending on my mood lol.
Strength training will include: standing mountain climbers, skaters, squats, chair dips, doggie lifts, donkey kicks, pushups, pelvic lifts, bicycle crunches, half bent knee sit-ups, stretch, quad stretch, and sit and reach.

    30min cardio in the morning (running)
    And a set of Jillian Michaels 30 DS at night.
    I do this 6 times a week :) Or I'm trying to atleast!

    Monday- Spin class as the gym
    Tuesday- cardio at gym
    Wednesday- run
    Thursday- gym class
    Friday- gym class
    Saturday- strength training
    Sunday- run and strength training

    Here's my schedule:

    Sat : Body pump
    Sun : Step and Spin
    Mon : Body Pump
    Tues : Body Balance and Body pump
    Weds : Step and Pump
    Thurs : Nothing - no time (work)
    Fri : Nothing - no time (work)

    I'm looking to maybe add some cardio to my Saturday and Monday schedule, but it's still very much WIP.

    45mins of cardio every other day

    15 on the st. bike set on 10, as fast as I can get it, most of the time its 103-105

    15 on the Elliptical set on 10, as fast as I can get it moving, its around 200-220 cals.

    10 on the treadmill 6% grade set on 3.6

    5 on the treadmill flat, 5.4 jog
