I've had a busy day and am just now getting this up. This will be week 5 - 8. Every month, I'll add a new task to the list, so there's now 3 that we're doing. If you want to join us, just message me.

WEEK 1 CHALLENGE (February 1 - February 7)

1. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio four days this week. 0/4
2. Do 10 jumping jacks every day this week. 0/7
3. Cut out bad sweets every day this week 0/7

    I'm #8, and terribly inconsistent.

    Weight- 152 (still)

    2. Do 10 jumping jacks every day this week. 2/7 will do 20 today :)
    3. Cut out bad sweets every day this week 1/7 oo nooooo no more dove dark chocolates...boo :)

    I know what you mean. I was wanting cookies this morning, but I'm going to do my best to complete this part.

    Hmm...is a 100 calorie Weight Watcher fudgesicle bad? I'd love to have one, but I don't want to blow the challenge already.

    I was going with anything sweet really, except you know sweet fruit, aka healthy foods. I broke down today and had a few cookies. They were there, so....I ate them.

    That's me with salty foods. I can't let chips, popcorn, or anything like that hang out (surely they will get stale). If they are there I will eat them. Oh well, the fudgesicle will have to wait. Thanks!

    I usually don't think of myself as a sweets person, I might have to re-look at that too. I found myself having to put down a girl scout cookie today because of this. It was just second nature to take it though. I think I don't even realize how much or when I'm eating sometimes.

    2. Start your morning off with a healthy breakfast every day this week. 0/7
    3. Make a goal and stick to it every day this week. 0/7

    For my goal, it's going to be to get at least 8 hours of sleep in every night. I've failed epicly at that for quite a while.

    For my goal: I will run without stopping and sign up for school (get my mental workout on :-D ) :bigsmile:
