I try to do them. If I think they're too hard when I glance over them I usually won't bother. But this month's is pretty easy. I'm really liking them, actually. I can already feel a tightening at the top of my stomach, which is great. Me too.

I think you should see if he could cook healthier foods. Start out small, like see if he'll cook healthy foods for a day, etc etc. There are lots of healthy recipes on here. Check them out. :)

I'm going to get me a Keruig one day. The look awesome. Not a big fan off coffee, but they have tea and hot chocolate. And maybe they even have cool coffee flavors, like mochas and white chocolate. Not sure if they do, but it sure does sound good.

I've tried a version of this that I found on MFP earlier in the year. They turned on great. I think I might make mine in a pan and not muffin tins this time. I'll have to make this for lunches. Thanks!

I count plain water as water. Anything else, like tea with water, hot chocolate with water, etc, I don't count. That's just my personal preference. I feel like if I'm drinking water, it should just be water and I'll count it to my water-a-day. But if it has something else in it, I won't.
