WEEK 13 CHALLENGE (04/26/11 - 05/02/11)
1. Make sure to drink 8 8oz glasses of water daily.
2. Eat at least one healthy snack every day.
3. Do this Fitness magazine workout four days this week. (Link below)
4. Do 30 minutes of exercising daily.

    Today's weight was 144.4, which is up two ounces from last week.

    I think I got most of the water in. The snacks weren't okay for the most part. I did get the workouts in.

    2. Do 10 pushups.
    3. Do 15 crunches.
    4. Avoid junk food

    ATTENTION: I think I'm going to take this week off of this challenge. I've been having such a hard time with my new workouts for the month and I need to focus on them so they don't keep me discouraged and I think having less stuff to keep track of will help. I will weigh-in though on Monday. Good luck to you all on this week's challenge!

    2. Do 50 pushups
    3. Do 25 crunches.
    4. Do 30 toe raises.
    5. Do 20 dumbbell presses.
