I'm not feeling the 6 rep thing in this stage. I feel like I can't really lift any heavier for some of the exercises (like chest presses im already at 22.5, and if i go any higher my form will be compromised), but that 6 reps is not enough to feel the burn... anyone else feel like this?

Nice! I just did the first A workout today. Body weight matrix took me 5 minutes flat! Once I get to lunge jumps I'm exhausted plus my gym was sooo crowded and people were walking all around me so it was distracting. Reverse wood chop feels weird to me too.. the cable always digs into my arm. I like what it does to my abs…

I just did my stage 1 AMRAPs. I didn't like them either. I felt like i was gonna give myself repetitive stress injury on some of them... Guess I went too light at first, esp with squats and deadlifts. Shoulder press and lunges were still tough, I think lunges are always tough no matter what the weight

How long (approximately) did each of the workouts take (when you include intervals)? I am 2 weeks away (counting a rest week) from doing stage 2, and looking @ the book it seems that workout B would be much longer than workout A because it has extra workouts plus intervals.
