I started drinking vodka and soda water with fresh lemon and lime wedges. Yummy and refreshing!

2 cups of diced watermelon only has 92 calories. All that liquid is really filling, not to mention that watermelon is delicious!

My goal is to become toned and lean like Jennifer Aniston and Bethenny Frankel. Oh, and Kelly Rippa! I edited this after seeing it on another person's post. :) I think they all look fantastic!

I think it's a great idea. I do a similar thing, but I've been trying on old clothes that are a little too big now in order to keep me motivated. It's a great feeling putting on an old pair a pants that now look baggy. :) Best wishes
