Try not to be bummed out. Those workouts maybe aren't for you or the level you're at. That's the problem with workout videos. They don't really cater to all activity levels so it can be easy to quit. I've used the 30 day shred and gave up after 3 weeks out of boredom, plus I got tired of JM's voice. Try FitnessBlender…
