  • Im not downplaying food as an addiction but usually food is a substitute for other issues in your life. So I would examine other aspects of your life and see if there is anything you can change or fix and you will be suprised how eating resolves itself.
  • looking for good running shoes that are cheap go to Nike.com and go to their clearance they always have last years running shoes for amost half price. When you get into Mizuno, Saucony, Ect you better make sure you know how you pronate or they will be uncomfortable as hell if you get the wrong shoe for the wrong pronation
  • Do you just race for excericise or competition? If you run for just excercise I like Brooks to train in but when I do tri/duoathlons I like to go with Nike Lunaracers but I had some lunaflys and they are good too
  • Well your goal is pretty much 12 minute miles which is 5mph so you need to train yourself more than run 3 walk 1 because if your goiung 4mph jog and 2mph walk your not going to be able to hit your time. Instead try this Jog at 6mph for 3 minutes then walk at 3mph for 1 minute and go back and forth with that
