Hi fellow Aussies, starting here now I need to get fit. I busted my shoulder last year playing rugby, the surgeon said I can get on the treadmill only at the beginning of jan. Have not had a ciggy since 1st of jan, now day 4 and feeling ok. Here is hoping, add me to share the journey if you like Cheers

On 1st jan I stopped smoking and stared on MFP. I have not had a cigarette, I count calories and run on the treadmill twice a day ( more to take my mind off things) I feel fantastic, no really, I do and it's only day 4. You can do it

Found the app for the iPad and loaded it up, how cool, now I can easy set my targets and see how I am going. Anyone wanting to friend an Aussie guy feel free, time to get fit after a shoulder recon last year and gained a bit much weight. Derick
