I try to go to the gym every day and am there for nearly 2 hours. On Tuesdays I also play up to an hour of tennis and Fridays I play indoor football (soccer) for 40 minutes. Might go and start football training as well.

You did not tell us how much training you did on Saturday or Sunday. Personally (I am no expert) I doubt it is overtraining. I think it will be a combination of a few things 1) Bad night sleep 2) Not enough sleep 3) Not enough food before you started 4) Not enough fluid.

If you can't loose the bad habits on the weekend, why not work around them. I suggest that besides the 3 normal session you have in the gym you also go to the gym on your "bad" days and work of the extra amount of calories you will be cosuming eg alcohol or rich food meeting up with friends. Male, living in Freo area in WA, but originally from the Netherlands, happy to go through my journey together with others. Lost some weight already, but plenty more to go. Going to a gym and keeping my food intake low. However I don't want to be a party pooper either. :-)

Last night we were at a friends place, it the food and alcohol flowed freely, I had a good time and felt I deserved it. Worked harder at the gym and was happy it did not do damage on the scales. :-) been a good boy today!
