Also I downloaded an app on the advice of a board member last week but the Zombies, Run! app on iPhone is great. Especially the 5K training one to get started, the only way to progress in the game is to go for a jog, genius for the likes of me!

Im with the others on a tone up rather than lose weight. You can probably afford to be at the lower end of your healthy BMI but my friend got down to 120lb (shes a bit taller than you) but didnt feel comfortable until she actually put a few lb of muscle back on.

Try living in the UK. Frosted Chocolate or Strawberry is ALL we have had for years. Unless you buy them at a US food store, then they are like 12$ a pack. One supermarket has just branched into Apple&Cinnamon, Cherry and Wild Berry too but if im gonna eat them I want Smores, Oreo or Cake Batter, anything with fruit in just…

Amazing and so inspirational, I have pretty much spot on the same to lose and it always seems so unachievable but this site is really helping motivate me to get there!

It's a really great site from what I've seen so far. It's nice to be motivated when exercising is the last thing you want to do! I've or quite a bit of weight to shift and I've managed about 12lb in three weeks ish so far, positive ill get rid though this time!

Thanks all some really great tips. Especially the measuring cup thing, I only ever use them to make cakes so they may as well have a use now the cake making is on hold :)
