i dont appear to be reaching my protein targets i always seem to be slightly under, i might try some protein powder and just have a little in my porridge or yoghurt in a morning, thanks everyone :-)

Unfortunatly for me only yesterday i went over my calories by 300+ due to being my time of the month, i craved chocolate and due to not having a bar of chocolate for so long, i just could not resist, i asked my husband to shop buy me a bar from the shop, he said no and made his own chocolate instead, which was portioned…

I also love bread, tried to cut it out compleatly but failed, i now have weight watchers bread or nimble bread, its only 50ish calories per slice, its very thin and light but at least you get the bread craving you desire :-)
