I'm just over 5'9" and my first goal is to get just under 169 (healthy BMI) and then see how it goes from there (aka how I feel). I would love to get into the 150's though...that's what I was in college/when I met my husband and felt really great but 10+ years and 2 kids later I'm not sure if that is realistic.

down 1.1 lbs from last week (189.2). Weekends kill me - was down more Sat. morning than today. I ate within my calories/fat but went over on sodium...hoping drinking some H2O will make me even lower in a day or two.

I'm 5'9" and weigh 195.5 (started at 206 and MFP at around 201 or so). I would be happy to get to 165 (wedding weight) but just under 150 would be awesome! I think that would put me at about a size 10 jean (I have a slim upper body/stomach and wide hips so I don't think I could physically get under a size 10).

Make chicken on Sunday then use that as your meat to mix with fresh salsa and plain Greek yogurt. Put that in a Tupperware and at school when you're ready to eat put it in a wrap. So yummy, easy, and quick!
