I'm a little frustrated by the slow weight loss since I have been eating so well. This week I am going to try and NOT eat my exercise my calories.0 -
I lost 3lbs this week bringing me down to 239.6 for a total of 20lbs in 2 weeks!!!!!!!! I'm so pumped!!! Only 30lbs more to go!0

Well I'd like to wish everyone GOOD LUCK on this challenge!! I will be removing myself from this group though as I just found out I'M PREGNANT!!! We are ecstatic and although I wanted to be more fit before conceiving we have been blessed and couldn't be happier. I will be using MFP to maintain and will be cheering you all on to reach or go beyond your July 1st goals!!0

Well... my weigh-in didn't go as well this week as it has the past week... My only consolation is that I'm still losing inches! But I gained a pound... I guess that's what I get for losing 4 last week... LOL I think I'm still on track to lose 50 by July 1st, though! My weight currently is 231 now!

Lost 1 lb this week. Sat burn-600, I burned 1900 yesterday (thought i was going to need an oxygen tank lol, I broke it up into 2 workouts one in am and one in pm) and 1000 a few days ago. This week I consumed too much sodium and I had some water bloat. Campbells soup, I thought I was doing good, no the sodium is like 900 mgs. so bad. My carbs went over a few times. This week I am committed to logging everything into MFP no matter what. So that this week I don't eat something thinking I am doing good on calories and as it turns out I am too high on sodium or carbs. I plan to do south beach phase 1 for the next two weeks to really jump start my body to lose more weight.

48 More Pounds To Go!!
This week was a week of adjustments for me. I had to lower my sodium, up my carbs and up my calories. Remove process foods from my healthy lifestyle per my nutritionist. I did it.
Oh also I have to take my supplements. BLAH PILLS!! :grumble:
Other than that I'm good. Staying focus on me. I'm prone to allow life to get in the way of my exercise and get me off track somehow, but I've gotten around that. Get to bed by 10pm and hit the gym by 4:45am. :bigsmile:

Checking in for week 2. I lost 2 lbs. I am really happy with this loss. I have had a really rough week (temporarily moved to a new state, started a new internship). I was only over my calorie limit 2 days this week, and was not able to do my normal workouts. I did not meet the 3500 challenge this week, but I was able to burn 1200 calories. I still have 3.5 lbs to lose to get back to my pre-holiday weight. My goal for this coming week is to work toward the challenge of 5000 calories, stay within my net calories, and finally be rid of my Holiday gain. Good luck everyone!! Hope everyone has a great week.

Ok this week not so great on calories, went over a couple days...booo. Kept up doing exercise everyday. Doing better on drinking my water!!! oh and I lost another 3.5 inches!!! So far I have lost 11.5 inches!!!! As longs as inches or weight are moving I am happy and motivated.0 -
I weigh 354 today! I lost 6 pounds this week! Whooohoo! Exercise and eating right is paying off. I have been exercising already but was not getting a handle on my food. Finally got a handle on the food.

I am so excited...and on target for the 50+ challenge!!!! Loging in what I eat on MFP is the best way to really know what it is you are eating!!! If you aren't doing it...try it!!
