    Total so far 4lbs....another 56lbs to go!!

    Challenge this week = 3500 exercise cals - managed 3760. Was tough for me not having done exercise in a while but it was good to break it down to more manageable chunks!!

    hey y'all,

    here is my weekly weigh in:lost only 1lbs(im at 197),didn't eat healthy because im in a stressful period(exams) and im kind of a emotional eater.but i went to much in the gym n lost 4400kcal!! so this week i'll try to eat a bit better for better result next week.

    I'm a little frustrated by the slow weight loss since I have been eating so well. This week I am going to try and NOT eat my exercise my calories.

    I lost 3lbs this week bringing me down to 239.6 for a total of 20lbs in 2 weeks!!!!!!!! I'm so pumped!!! Only 30lbs more to go!

    Well I'd like to wish everyone GOOD LUCK on this challenge!! I will be removing myself from this group though as I just found out I'M PREGNANT!!! We are ecstatic and although I wanted to be more fit before conceiving we have been blessed and couldn't be happier. I will be using MFP to maintain and will be cheering you all on to reach or go beyond your July 1st goals!!

    Well... my weigh-in didn't go as well this week as it has the past week... My only consolation is that I'm still losing inches! But I gained a pound... I guess that's what I get for losing 4 last week... LOL I think I'm still on track to lose 50 by July 1st, though! My weight currently is 231 now!

    Lost 1 lb this week. Sat burn-600, I burned 1900 yesterday (thought i was going to need an oxygen tank lol, I broke it up into 2 workouts one in am and one in pm) and 1000 a few days ago. This week I consumed too much sodium and I had some water bloat. Campbells soup, I thought I was doing good, no the sodium is like 900 mgs. so bad. My carbs went over a few times. This week I am committed to logging everything into MFP no matter what. So that this week I don't eat something thinking I am doing good on calories and as it turns out I am too high on sodium or carbs. I plan to do south beach phase 1 for the next two weeks to really jump start my body to lose more weight.

    CHALLENGE THIS WEEK: See how easy it was for you to burn 3,500 calories in one week?? NOW TRY, 5,000 calorie burn in the next 7 days. :) Share with us how your doing.
