I weighed in this morning at 201. Today has been a really busy and hectic day. I wasn't able to stick with healthy food choices like I should have but I'm hoping to do better.0

Well, i was pretty disapointed today. I only lost .08 pounds this week. I worked really hard this week and my diet was good. I guess this means that i'm gaining alot of muscle from P90X or it could be because it was the time of the month for me this week.0 -

Weighing in at 358, 2 pound loss this week ! I am glad to see all of the losses hopefully we will continue to see loss ! I barely missed the 3500, I got 3407 because I had to miss my workout this week, but I am so ready for the next challenge !0

Why do you want to lose 50+ pounds?: I'm obese. It's not healthy and it disgust me. I'm better than how I've been living my life and treating my body. It's time to really start living like it.
What are your eating and exercise plans to lose 50+ pounds?: I'm doing ChaLEAN Extreme right now. I think I may start incorporating some running, here and there. I eat in range of 1600-1800 calories a day & I exercise most days of the week.0 -

What are your eating and exercise plans to lose 50+ pounds?: I'm currently eatting around 1400 Kcal at the moment, I'm not very well at the moment, but once I'm feeling a bit better I will start going for some nice long walks and hopefully build up to running!0 -

Well... Lost a half pound... Was dissappointed... but when my hubby thought he was being funny and tugged on my jeans... they actually came down. I had to grab for the waistband!!! Uber excited!!!! I only measure on e a month but I am really tempted to check today instead!!! Never realized how easy the food part would be using this tool!
