Why do you want to lose 50+ pounds?: I want to be a smaller size just to feel more comfortable with myself and I also like to run but my weight is severely limiting.
What are your eating and exercise plans to lose 50+ pounds?: I will follow the MFP calorie guidelines as well as exercise 5-6 days a week for at least 60 minutes0 -
