I am on the east coast, so again it hasnt been freezing in the mornings, but some morning were closer to 40, and just getting me thinking, because I know it can quickly change. I think if i got full length pants, that would be a good start, and I want a pair of thin gloves, I also don't want to have to start peeling layers…

Can you ask your son what typical food is like in Yeshiva? Does he have access to any sort of fridge, so you can bring yogurts, or deli meat with u? Good Luck!

Bascially, my issue is that I am using Runtastic app, to calculate my walking/running. and it shows a much smaller calorie burn, then if I would input the excersize directly into MFP it'self. I am getting very frusturated by my calorie burns from runtastic, but don't know if MFP's are accurate either, because those seem…

I like their trail mixes. They have one called "go raw" which is a mix of raw nuts and raisins, they sell them either in bulk, or in individual packs, which are great for portion control. I also like their yogurts, with the granola, but those aren't so healthy. It's a fun store.
