Actually, that's 66.666667%... 2/3 < 3/4 And I sincerely hope your dinner is at lease 500 calories. Even on a starvation mode diet -- 200 calories breakfast, 100 calories snack, 300 calories lunch, 100 calories snack, 500 calories dinner = 1,200 calories a day (and hard to stay within)

Forgot to post back! I did all 400, maybe a few extra because I lost count... 8 sets of 50 I work on the 5th floor of an office, so as I walked downstairs to heat up lunch, I did one set on the bottom/last step of each flight of stairs... Then on the way back up, i did 1 set on the top step of each of the 4 flights.

I've been on the creation end of this --- Kind of! I don't think bad things about people who are in the gym, walking around the block, whatever it is they are doing. I have a minichallenge from my Tone It Up group for today too --- 15 of any exercise on the hour, every hour... Since I'm working, I decided to do 15 chair dips to work on my triceps. I'll do this one, too!! I'll do them during bathroom breaks :)

I don't experience nausea from work outs, but i normally drink 20 oz of water and then do my work out... I've been finding it difficult to get up at 5:45 each day instead of 6:30 like I used to (new hours at work)... What do you do to get yourself out of bed at 4:45? What time do you typically go to sleep?
