Hi there! I am so encouraged by using the My Fitness Pal website to track my food intake. I'm 63 and thought I'd never get a pound off at this age. I have dropped 43 lbs. since last November. I am feeling wonderful and know I'll keep on using this website to help. Add me as a friend! and keep on keeping on!!!!

That's great! I've begun a walking program too and do a mile during my lunch hour and 2 miles in the evening. It has "kicked" my metabolism at a time when I had hit a plateau. Good luck with your fitness challenge.

Daily. It just keeps me on track. I know if I've had too much to eat and not enough exercise the prior day and I can refocus and get things back in line. The scale has now become my friend whereas it was the BIG GREEN OGRE sitting on the floor before I began my weight loss program :)

Thanks everyone! What a wonderful response to my initial blurb. I am keeping up the exercise and trying hard to keep within my calorie limits.
