  • Wow lilahk95 - that is definately VERY early - well done on the dedication!!! :) I completed L2 Day 5 this morning - it's still a TOUGH workout - im OK with the planks, but DESPISE the squart V lift ones at the end... OUCH!!! Felt proud of myself though for sticking with it, and i'm definately finding it easier :)
  • I also did level 2 day 1 yesterday. I'm having to motivate myself to do day 2 today - it was HARD!! I had to stop a few times to get a sip of water. But at the end of it i thought - that wasnt too bad. I dont find it much fun, but it is do-able - and if it hurts that bad, it can only be doing good things to my body!! ;)
  • I took a rest day yesterday, when for a long power walk instead. Felt good to rest my muscles a bit. And then this morning i completed day 5.
  • Hi Nikki! Welcome! I joined years ago, but only now have i decided to give it my all and work hard for my objectives!!! Good luck!
  • I'm getting ready to start it on Friday the 1st... have to admit i'm a little scared, but am determined to work through the pain in order to see the results! Also trying to convince hubby, but think i may be starting it solo ;)
