According to MFP i should be consuming 1300 calories, and i was wondering if there was anyone else out there with open diaries, so that i can see what your meals look like? Also, i was wondering whether it would be better to lower my weekly weight loss goal, in order to raise my daily calorie recommendation? Any answers…

Increase calorie consumption
According to MFP i should be consuming 1370 NET calories p/ day for a 0,5 kg weekly weightloss. I just realized that i've been averaging around the 900 NET calories instead.
