NSV - Touch my toes!

I just wanted to share something that had me jumping up and down with joy - i can touch my toes!
I embarked on this lifestyle change (incorporating regular workouts) almost 2 months ago, and found that after my workouts, when doign the cool down stretches, my fingers wouldnt even reach my ankles, staying somewhere around halfway down my shins. Slowly i noticed my flexibility increasing, and last night i was able to grab and hold my toes - and i felt comfortable too!!! (in a sitting down v stretch). This made my day

This is one of those milestones that you don't need a scales to tell you how well you are doing, you just get to enjoy the fruits of your efforts. Your body is showing you how much you are progressing and that is the most important part of your new healthy lifestyle.
