Increase calorie consumption

According to MFP i should be consuming 1370 NET calories p/ day for a 0,5 kg weekly weightloss. I just realized that i've been averaging around the 900 NET calories instead. From what i understand no one should consume less than 1200 for healthy weightloss. Does this mean that i should increase my calorie intake by approx. 300 calories? i dont weigh myself, so i dont know if this lack of calorie consumption is hindering my weightloss, but to be honest although i'm gaining alot of definition, i don't appear thinner. Will upping the calories help?
Another question is, if i'm not hungry, do i need to eat my exercise calories back? over the last few days i've been burning approx. 600 calories p/ day.
Thanks in advance for taking the time to help me out :)
