Oooooo, sounds interesting! I've done some of her videos, whats the "6 week transformation"?

My advice is to take it one day at a time, and congratulate yourself on your achievements no matter how small they may seem, because they are all taking you closer to where you want to be ☺

Hi! I'm also looking for friends and seeking to increase my support group. My name is Jackie, and its been 2 years since i gave it a serious shot, and was actually successful: i lost practically all i wanted to and was feeling great! But then i got comfortable - i started eating more and moving less, and the inevitable…

Gee, i just realized that out of the massive text that i wrote the only part of it that was posted was "hi!" :| lol here it goes - again! My name is jackie and im 30 years old and i live in portugal. Thanks to this site i managed to lose the extra weight but my motivation wavered recently and my weight has begun to creep…

I started BR, but got derailed with the festivities - really want to get back into it, so count me in!
-
I've started it once last year, then left it to focus more on walking/running, but now with the wintery weather i'm determined to give it another shot - so count me in! Im a BIG Jillian fan, and i love BR - time just flies by! and you can easily fit in 30 minute workouts - so no excuses!!!! :D

:) well done redfisher1974!

I'm 5'9'', currently weigh around 143lbs and aim to get down to 140 (almost there! ) I don't log, but i aim for (and estimate my consumptions) to around 1500 calories.

Monthly Target: 40 miles 01/10 - 2 miles - 2 miles down, 38 miles to go 02/10 - 2 miles - 4 miles down, 36 miles to go

Hey! i'm jackie, and i'm a self-confessed book worm :) just finished "The time Keeper" by Mitch Albom, and just started "Perks of being a wallflower". When i workout (walks/runs) i like to listen to audiobooks - currently working my way through the Harry Potter series (currently on nº3) :)
-
Personally i am motivated more by audiobooks :glasses: but jog.fm seems to be a great site for playlists (even has different bpm)

For me... • Stress relief -0 • Anger management -0 • Increased energy/ motivation -2 • Happiness (the exercise high) -1 • Better looks/body -1 • Lose weight -1 • Increased fitness -2

I also use alternate with Leslie and Jillian - although lately i've been walking outdoors instead (making the most out of the sunny days whilst they last!) I'll join though :)

I really appreciate all your advice...:flowerforyou: i've been doing regular salt water soaks throughout the day both yesterday and today, and there appears to be an improvement... i'm going to continue doing the soaks, and keep my eye on it... if it appears to get worse i'll see a piercer :frown: Thanks once again for the…

I was on holiday last week, and decided to give myself a break. i didn't exercise, i ate what i wanted (icecream, cake...) in more quantities than usual. On Monday i decided to "forget" how far i had come up to now, and start from scratch - i made a spreadsheet to fill in my weight, muscle, fat and measurements... i KNEW…

I know what you mean about the smiling - today i plucked up the courage to go running - or should i say, a slow jog. I only intended to do 10 laps (2km) but found myself doing perfectly fine and so decided to continue on, ending up doing 21 laps (just over 4km) On a few of the laps i just felt so proud of myself, and was…

This morning i decided to pluck up the courage and go for a run... aimed for 1km non stop jog, and ended up doing 4km (2.5 miles) non stop  it took me 35 minutes to do :blushing: , but still i'm really happy that i was able to do something i didn't think i could! :drinker:

My motivator is to be able to do things i couldn't do before just because i felt so tired and winded. I've never been fat, but i am very unfit... trying to change that, to be the person that i want to be :)

After my workout, after my stretches, i decided to see how close i could get to touching my toes. When i started this life change a few months ago i couldn't touch my toes (either sitting on the floor with my legs stretched apart, nor standing with my feet together). my fingers would only go as far as half way down my…
