I would say my main priority is to have a strong, fit, healthy body that will see me into old age with as few physical problems as possible.

What started for me as an activity to relieve stress and to forget about tragic life events turned into something that I enjoy. The euphoria I get from fitness is nothing else, the added improvement in looks is a nice bonus as well.0 -

I do it for intrinsic reasons. It's a part of my life and I "pay" into it to reap the long term benefits later in life.
