Im currently 287 and long term goal weight is 210.. I am 5' 8. My short term is 270 for valentines...

    Welcome!!! We are here to help! Good goals! One day at a time.
    Remember we all hit up's and downs. The key is to keep going, no matter what! Week 3 can be hard! You're not seeing 'fast enough' results and the excitement isn't as exciting anymore... PUSH THROUGH!
    You'll start to FEEL better by week 4 and hopefully you'll get hooked on your new lifestyle!

    These are, in my opinion, the most valuable links to begin with. Take your time and read them closely. Read all of the links in blue. This is such a learning process and you should take the time in the beginning to learn and educate yourself as much as possible.

    My advice is to take it one day at a time, and congratulate yourself on your achievements no matter how small they may seem, because they are all taking you closer to where you want to be ☺
