Im currently 287 and long term goal weight is 210.. I am 5' 8. My short term is 270 for valentines...

Remember we all hit up's and downs. The key is to keep going, no matter what! Week 3 can be hard! You're not seeing 'fast enough' results and the excitement isn't as exciting anymore... PUSH THROUGH!

My advice is to take it one day at a time, and congratulate yourself on your achievements no matter how small they may seem, because they are all taking you closer to where you want to be ☺0
