I saw the 1 today

11 months ago, I weighed a hefty 266.6. Through diet and exercise, I reached about 200 in August. I became involved in other activities that took time away from my workouts, and worse, I let my healthy eating slip. January 4 I began again at 223.8.
Today, I finally saw the 1 (pun intended) (198.6). It may not be significant for some, but it got me excited. As a reward, I'm joining a gym (all other exercise was via home equipment).
I'd like to lose about 20 more pounds, but this feels like a significant milestone to me. 68 total pounds gone, and I feel so much better.
To all that are still journeying with me: I saw the following quote on my C25K app today. "Some quit due to slow progress. Never grasping the fact that slow progress is still progress."

I live the quote. It's been 3 years for me to lose 85+ pounds, 3 more to go. I'm hoping the sloooow loss will make the transition to maintenance a bit easier.
