I did my one mile challenge yesterday and it took me 11:18. not nearly as fast as some of you ladies, but I'm NOT a runner by any stretch of the imagination, so that actually wasn't too bad for me! I'm going to try to beat it today though! Thank you ladies for pushing me and keeping me motivated!

I feel your pain. I was an F cup before this last pregnancy, and I'm even bigger rightg now while nursing my 2 month old. When I work out I wear a nursing bra, and then 2 sports bras on top of that. not ideal, but it's the only thing i've found that helps.
