  • I am also suppose to eat 1200 calories a day. You really have to watch everything you eat. I am not losing a lot (2 ponds in 3 weeks) but I have been working out 5 times a week, so everyone said I'm gaining muscle. I've switched to a fiber protein shake for breakfast which seems to hold me over for a longer time.
  • I just started this yesterday. Had a splitting headache today, which is one of the side effects mentioned in reviews. I am doing the 14 day cleanse & then hope to continue to be healthy. I figured if I do the cleanse & quit drinking, I should be on a healthy road within 2 weeks.
