  • ...well...lol... I guess it's a gift for my husband AND me. I've been wanting to do one for a long time. Just never got the courage to do it. I figured booking it will help me get motivated.
  • I'm 5'0 and started at 150. My first goal is 130. After that I'm going to see how I'm feeling. I'm happy I will keep it there. If I think I need a little more work...then I might bring it down an extra 5 or 10 pounds. All depends on how I feel. :) I like a little curve. :)
  • I can understand why some people wouldn't want to deal with the crowd... I can understand the annoyance with people on their cell phones... But really...all of us were newbies to a gym at one point or another! We shouldn't be so judgmental of people starting out. We should be encouraging each other! :)
