Fit it in anywhere you can! Even if it's only for a half hour something is better than nothing. There are days when I can get an hour to an hour and a half in and days where I can barely get 10 minutes in.

I just simply say "No thank you." If they ask why I say, "I'm cutting back on sweets." If they ask why again I say, "Just a lifestyle change I'm working on." Any additional pressure or questions I just laugh off. Don't give into the pressure!

Don't let someone else's wedding manage your life! If you want to get healthy then do it! You can always have the dress tailored to fit you later. Yes, it will be extra money... But it will at least stop your sister from complaining for the moment.

Like everyone else said, try a gym with childcare. :) If possible try and wake up an hour before you son and work out then, that way it's already out of the way. Personally, I wouldn't beat myself up too much if I miss a workout here and there. It sucks, but it's life... Kids come first and it wont be forever.

I know, right!? There is nothing wrong with fake boobs! But has anyone thought that the reason some of these women looks so amazing is because they got this amazing racks attached to these flat stomachs? There are exercises to make booties nice and round. Define cheeky? Butt cheeky? ....I'm here to make my butt cheekys look fabulous! I laugh a lot while I'm doing too! I actually just got caught doing squats in the bathroom at work. Not over the toilet to pee, in front of the mirror to watch my form! I'm always up for some laughs and I'm full of inappropriateness!

Thanks for the input everyone! I prepared my breakfast to be a little larger so that will hold me off longer in the day. I find that my biggest problem is wanting to binge when I get home so I'm going to try and plan my snacks to have more good fats and protein. Research, research!

Thanks for the advice, micheleb15. Yea, a banana, a piece of fruit, sometimes almonds, celery and hummus would normally be my afternoon snack. I've never had the ezekiel bread or almond butter so maybe I'll give that a go. Maybe if I make my afternoon snacks bigger I wont be so grumpy lol.

I do a chicken breast packed with lots of veggies! For snacks I will have some hummus with celery, tomatoes, or snap peas.

"I don't have time." or "I'm too stressed out." Exercise will help with the stress! :) If you don't have time MAKE time. Put somethings to the side... DVR your favorite show and instead of watching it go to the gym. Watch it when you come back as a reward. Wake an hour early, it sucks, but you feel so much better…
